Executive Management Team

Freddie J. Deutsch, President and Chief Executive Officer
President and Chief Executive officer of the Company and Bank (since its inception in 2005) and is responsible for their leadership, growth, profitability, and management. Mr. Deutsch also serves on our board of directors. Mr. Deutsch acquired his BBA in Marketing from Mercer University in 1987 and his B.A. from Brenau University in 1994. He has Professional Licensing in Series 7 and 66 as well as Life and Health Insurance. Mr. Deutsch has over 24 years of banking experience, beginning his career with Wachovia Bank, N.A. in Atlanta in 1987. He served in several leadership positions with Wachovia until 2001, when he accepted the position of Senior Vice President/Atlanta Retail Executive for SouthTrust Bank, N.A. He left SouthTrust Bank to form the Bank
Stephanie L. Vickers, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Vickers, a Certified Public Accountant, has served as the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer (since its inception in 2005) with additional oversight responsibilities for Loan and Deposits Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Vickers was employed at UPS Capital, Atlanta, Georgia as Divisional Controller from December 2001 to September 2005. Previous roles since 1998 include Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Beach First National Bank, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Vice President-Product Development of Coastal Federal Savings Bank, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Charles P. Hoag, Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer
Mr. Hoag is the Chief Administration Officer with responsibilities for Information Systems, Audit/Compliance, Facilities and all Vendor Contracts. Mr. Hoag managers a portfolio of Special Assets. He has 23 years of banking experience, having started his career with First Atlanta / Wachovia in 1988 soon after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming. At Wachovia, Mr. Hoag held a variety of positions in Operations, Trust, Retail, and Corporate Banking until 2002. Prior to his employment by the Bank in 2005, Mr. Hoag was employed by SouthTrust Bank in Atlanta from 2002 to 2005. His last position there was Regional Manager with responsibility for a cluster of financial centers and over 100 employees.
Eileen Jordan-Howell, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Eileen Jordan-Howell joined the bank on April 11, 2011 as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. Ms. Jordan-Howell brings more than 26 years of banking experience to this position. Her responsibilities include: Credit Administration, Loan Operations, Special Assets and Enterprise Risk Management. Ms. Jordan-Howell earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 1985 and her Masters of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. She has also completed numerous banking and management courses and has served as an instructor for professional development banking and credit courses. She is a former Board member of RMA, Northeast Georgia Chapter and has been published in the RMA Journal of Commercial Lending and Lending To Different Industries. Most recently, Ms. Jordan-Howell served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of First Choice Community Bank, Dallas, Georgia. She has previously been affiliated with NorthWest Bank & Trust, Acworth; Bank of North Georgia, Marietta; Riverside Bank, Marietta; and Century South Banks, Gainesville, Georgia. In addition to her banking career, Ms. Jordan-Howell has also worked as an independent consultant, proving credit evaluation and underwriting services as well as loan review, credit administration policies and more.
